Grunda

Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Grunda ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Grunda is published by Wideout AB ("we", "our", "us"), Stockholm, Sweden.

2. What Grunda is โ€” and is not

Grunda is a fitness and wellness app that guides pelvic floor strength training. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, or experience pain during exercise, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the app.

3. Subscriptions

Grunda offers a free version and an optional premium subscription ("Grunda PRO"):

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Unused portions of any free trial are forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
  • Prices may change with prior notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal.
  • We do not offer refunds directly โ€” refund requests go through Apple's standard process.

4. Use of the app

You agree to:

  • Use Grunda in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions or security features.
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what is permitted by law.
  • Not use the app in a way that interferes with other users or our services.

5. Intellectual property

Grunda's design, code, content, and brand are owned by Wideout AB. Third-party components are licensed under their respective terms. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Grunda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that using the app will achieve any specific health or fitness outcome. Individual results vary.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wideout AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Grunda. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved by Swedish courts, without prejudice to consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
