Privacy Policy

Summary

Grunda is designed to be private by default. Your training data stays on your device. We do not collect personal information, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell data to third parties.

Data stored on your device

Grunda stores the following information locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:

• Your training goal and onboarding preferences
• Workout history (type, duration, date)
• Level, XP, streaks, and shields
• Reminder settings and haptic preferences

This data is not transmitted to our servers. Uninstalling Grunda removes all of it.

Analytics

Grunda uses TelemetryDeck to understand how the app is used in aggregate (e.g., which workouts are popular, where users drop off in onboarding). TelemetryDeck is privacy-focused by design:

• No personal identifiers are sent. Anonymous hashed identifiers rotate periodically.
• No IP address logging, no cookies, no cross-app tracking.
• Analytics data is aggregated and used only to improve Grunda.

Crash reporting

Grunda uses Sentry to capture crash reports and fix bugs. Crash reports include device type, iOS version, and a stack trace. They do not include personally identifiable information or the contents of your training data.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to Grunda PRO, payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat, which stores an anonymous identifier tied to your Apple device. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Grunda schedules local notifications on your device. No notification content is transmitted to our servers — all reminder logic runs locally.

Data we do NOT collect

• Your name, email, or phone number
• Your contacts, photos, location, or microphone
• Health data (we don't read from or write to Apple Health)
• Any content of your workouts beyond aggregate analytics events

Your rights

Under GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because Grunda stores training data locally on your device, you can delete it at any time from Settings → Reset All Progress, or by uninstalling the app. For questions about data we may hold via TelemetryDeck, Sentry, or RevenueCat, contact us below.

Children

Grunda is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, the revision date above will change. Material changes will be announced in the app.
