Email us at info@wideout.se. We respond within two business days. When reporting an issue, please include your iOS version, device model, and a short description of what happened.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find Bibelappen Premium, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also tap Manage Subscription from inside Bibelappen's Settings screen, which opens the Apple subscription page directly.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Open Bibelappen → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription. Restore is required after reinstalling the app on a new device.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not Wideout AB. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Bibelappen, and tap Report a Problem.
Bibelappen syncs your bookmarks, highlights, and journal entries via iCloud. Verify both devices are signed into the same Apple ID, that iCloud Drive is enabled, and that Bibelappen is allowed to use iCloud (Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud).
First sync after install can take a few minutes. If the issue persists, force-quit the app on both devices and reopen it. If it still doesn't sync, email us — sync issues are rare and we want to know.
AI features require an internet connection. They can also temporarily go offline if our servers are down. Bible reading, search, highlights, and journal entries all work fully offline — only the AI-powered devotionals, study questions, and verse context need network access.
Bibelappen ships with 1917 års bibelöversättning, the classic Swedish public-domain translation. We are exploring licensing modern translations (Bibel 2000, Folkbibeln) for future releases.
Open Bibelappen → Settings to update your life stage or other preferences. To reset onboarding entirely, delete the app and reinstall — your iCloud-synced data will restore on first launch.
Bibelappen supports VoiceOver and Dynamic Type. If you encounter accessibility issues, please email us with details — we treat these as priority bugs.
Bibelappen runs on iPad today (universal app). An Android version is not currently planned.
We read every message. Especially helpful: a clear description of what you expected vs. what happened, the screen you were on, and your iOS version. Screenshots help.
