1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using apps developed by Wideout AB ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.
2. Our services
Wideout AB develops and provides mobile apps and web services. Some apps offer a free version with limited features and a premium version via subscription.
3. Subscriptions and payments
For apps with subscription features:
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
- Unused portions of any free trial are forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Prices may change with prior notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal.
4. AI-generated content
Some of our apps use AI to generate content. Note that:
- AI-generated content is intended as support and inspiration, not as professional advice or authority.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is always correct, complete, or error-free.
- Your requests are processed by an external AI provider via a secure proxy. No requests are stored or linked to your identity.
5. Use of our apps
You agree to:
- Use our apps in accordance with applicable laws.
- Not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions or security features.
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the apps beyond what is permitted by law.
- Not use our apps in a way that interferes with other users or our services.
6. Intellectual property
Our apps' design, code, and original content are owned by Wideout AB. Third-party content is provided under its respective licenses. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Wideout AB is not liable for damages arising from use of our apps or AI-generated content, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved by Swedish courts, without prejudice to consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
